Peacefully at Centennial Place, Millbrook on Sunday April 1, 2007. Betty (nee Priest) of Burford in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Nelson Amy (1976); Loving mother of Linda and John Vos of Burford; Sandra and Jack Vos of Millbrook; Betty will be sadly missed by grandchildren Hayley, Doug, Angela & Jeff Williams, Jenn and Sarah, and great grandchildren Desiree and RJ; and her brothers Charles and Donald Priest; Predeceased by brother Alvin. Betty was a member of the Burford United Church and actively involved in the Church U.C.W. Friends will be received at the KEITH OVINGTON FUNERAL HOME 134 King Street, Burford on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, April 4, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Internment Pioneer Cemetery, Burford. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Betty’s memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association, Canadian Cancer Society or the Burford United Church memorial fund.
