WHITTAL: William Murray "Bill" - passed away peacefully with family at his side on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock. Bill Whittal of Bright in his 78th year.

Beloved husband of Jackie (nee Machan) Whittal whom he married September 27, 1963. Dear father of Larry & Wife Wanda of Bright, Ken & wife Pam of New Hamburg, Randy & wife Colleen of Edmonton, Ron & wife Julie of Hickson and Lisa & husband Darrell Fried of New Dundee. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Alex & Lindsay, Brandon & Ashley, Paige, Kenzie, Mitch, Sarah, Hannah, Joshua, Mallori & Braden, Cydney, Kurtis, Calvin, Megan, Rachel, Roslyn, Avery and great grandchildren Maddy & Asher. Survived by his sister Betty Jean & husband Harry Savage of Harriston. Bill will also be remembered by the entire Machan family.

Predeceased by his parents Grant & Helen (Reid) Whittal.

Bill was a longtime employee of Erb Transport, New Hamburg.

A private family viewing will take place at the Glendinning Funeral Home 40 William St. Plattsville followed by a family service on Saturday February 6, 2021 at 2:00pm. Interment will take place in Chesterfield Cemetery.
