Obituary for William "Bill" Riddell
RIDDELL: William George “Bill” - passed away peacefully at the Victoria Hospital, London on Thursday June 13, 2019. Bill Riddell of Princeton in his 67th year.
Dear father of Angela Delodder & Robert Mullin of Guelph, Jackie & Trevor Witt of Waterloo and Adam & Rosanna Riddell of Woodstock. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Aidan, Maia, Calvin, Duncan and Alton. Remembered by his brothers and sisters Ruth Ann (late Gary) Koebel of Woodstock, the late Marlene & Paul Quigley of Woodstock, Jim & Linda Riddell of Innerkip, Charlie & Donna Riddell of Woodstock, Marie & Mike Brousseau of Bright, Marion & Lee Mabee of Innerkip, Julie Riddell of Innerkip and Tom & Irene Riddell of Innerkip. Bill will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents LeRoy & Minnie (Roberts) Riddell.
Bill was a lifelong electrician having operated W.G.R. Electric of Drumbo for many years and was a proud member of the Drumbo Lions Club.
A celebration of Bill’s life will take place at the Woodstock Navy Club 959 James St., Woodstock on Sunday July 14, 2019 from 1-4 pm. Private inurnment will take place at the Innerkip Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to either the London Health Sciences Centre Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St., Plattsville. Personal condolences can be sent at www.gffh.ca
