Obituary for Wayne Dale PFOHL
PFOHL: Wayne Dale - passed away peacefully on Saturday July 31, 2021 at Lisaard House, Cambridge. Wayne Pfohl of New Dundee in his 64th year.
Beloved husband of Annette (nee Poell) whom he married June 26, 1982. Dear father of Anthony of New Dundee and Nicholas & wife Danica of Bayfield. He is survived by his brothers Marvyn & wife Paulette of New Hamburg, Terry of Kitchener, sisters Helen & husband Tom Fisher of Dwight, Kim & husband Jan Groen of Wellesley, brother-in-laws Alfred Thrower of New Dundee and Ed Poell of Kitchener, sister-in-law Hazel Pfohl of Dalhousie, N.B., father and mother-in-law Tony & Ena Poell of Kitchener and by his many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Clarence & Miriam (Coleman) Pfohl, sister Barbara Thrower (June 12, 2015), brother Keith (Dec 26, 2017) and by sister-in-law Debra Poell.
Wayne owned and operated "Wayne the Mover" for the past 14 years and previous to that he worked for over 30 years at Tampa-Hall Ltd in Ayr.
Relatives and friends may call at the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St. N., Plattsville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral service will be conducted (by invitation only) in the Chapel on Thursday August 5, 2021 at 2:00pm. Inurnment will take place later in Union Cemetery, New Dundee.
