Obituary for Teunis van VELTHUIZEN
To our deep sorrow, it has pleased the Lord, to take out of our midst, after a serious accident and a few days between hope and fear, our beloved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and my fiancé Teunis van Velthuizen, on Sunday, May 30, 2021, at the age of 25 years.
Beloved son of Maas and Cora van Velthuizen (Ponse) of Otterville, ON. Loving brother of Willie and Jared Stubbe of Brownsville, ON; Evelyn and Darwin Weeda of Buford, ON; Marinus, Nellie, Marco, Richard, and Janelle, all of Otterville, ON. Adoring uncle to Garret and Lucas. Will always be lovingly remembered by his fiancé Henrietta Versteeg, and her daughters Emma and Melissa of Norwich, ON.
Family and friends will be received at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation, 45 Main Street East, Norwich, ON, on Thursday, June 3, 2021, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Private family funeral service (by invitation) will be held at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation, Norwich, on D.V. Friday June 4, 2021, at 10.30 AM, Rev. E. Hakvoort officiating. Interment to follow at the Springford cemetery.
