Obituary for Marlene Elizabethann HURD (Lortie)
HURD: Marlene Elizabethann (nee Pomeroy) - passed away peacefully on Friday August 30, 2019 at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Marlene Hurd of Wellesley in her 86th year.
Beloved wife of the late Bruce Maynard Hurd who predeceased her January 23, 2014. Mother of the late Andree Sweeney and her husband Carl Roberts of Bright and Allan Hurd and his wife Melanie of Eganville. She will be sadly missed by her granddaughters Lyndsay Ward & husband Howie Gerber of Bright and Anna & her husband Cory Heaselgrave of Oro-Modonte and by her great grandchildren Aiden Gerber and Claire Heaselgrave,
Marlene was a former employee of the Government of Canada.
Private family service will take place. Interment if cremated remains will take place later.
