Obituary for John Henry BAESE
BAESE: John Henry - passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at the Norfolk General Hospital. John Baese of Port Rowan in his 94th year.
Beloved husband of the late Elsie Mae (Smith) Baese who predeceased him July 22, 2016. Dear father of the late Dennis (2001) and wife Carol of Port Rowan, Linda Coderre of Straffordville, Chris and husband Gerald Boyd of Port Rowan and Randy & wife Michelle of Simcoe. Sadly missed by his 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by his parents Johann & Maria (Petker) Baese, brothers Johann, Heinrich, Peter and wife Mary and by his sisters Marie & Peter Neumann, Sarah & Jake Wiens, Helen & Harold Hayes, Anna & Peter Wiens, Velma & Fred Skuce and Margaret & Bill Harris.
Relatives and friends will be received in the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home, 36 Front St. Port Rowan on Tuesday from 5-8pm. Funeral service will be conducted in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 1:00pm Interment to follow in Fariview Cemetery, Port Rowan.
