Jacob (Jack) Veldhuizen
With deep sorrow we announce that the Lord has taken out of our midst my dearly beloved husband, our loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, on February 7, 2023, at the age of 81 years.
Beloved husband of Cathy Veldhuizen – Klyn. Loving father of Bart and Wendy Veldhuizen (Wallet) of Burgessville, Andrew and Anita Veldhuizen (VanMourik) of Otterville, Jake and Anita Veldhuizen (Roth) of Norwich and Janet and Martin Van Hierden (Veldhuizen) of Burgessville. Jack was cherished by his 25 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by former wife Jannie Veldhuizen - Korevaar (1997) and infant son Adrian (1973) as well as by 1 sister, 3 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law.
Family and friends will be received at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation, 45 Main Street East, Norwich, ON, on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 1:30-3:30 & 6:30-8:30 pm, and Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 9:30-10:15 am.
Funeral service will be held at the Netherlands Reformed Congregation in Norwich on Saturday February 11, 2023, at 10:30 am D.V., Rev. E. Hakvoort officiating.
