Tragically, due to a sudden accident, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, we mourn the death of our dear son and brother. Hunter James Kleen, born August 28, 2005, to Brian and Heidi. Brother of Gillian, Erica and Malin.

Grandson to Hendrik Jan and Dorothy Kleen, Cornelis and Wilma VanderSpek. Nephew to Dennis and Joyce Kleen, Rob and Marlies Kleen, Theo de Haan (Hannah), Melissa and Derek Crandall, Emily Kleen and Adam Johnston, Corwin and Marleen VanderSpek, Kirk and Lindsey VanderSpek.

Hunter will be missed by his cousins Drew (Leah), Dylan (Katelyn) and Damon Kleen, Karen, Sam, Sym, Roger, Meghan and Krista Kleen, Kurtis (Emily), Kendra, Benjamin and Clayton de Haan, Madison and Carter Crandall, Alexis, Kaitlyn and Danielle VanderSpek, Ren, Halle and Clarke VanderSpek. Great-grandson to Hendrika Otten.

Hunter was predeceased by his Aunt Teresa de Haan (2009).

Hunter is remembered for his hardworking, outgoing personality and friendly disposition. He loved anything to do with transport trucks, dirt biking and the outdoors. He was a student at Oxford Reformed Christian School in Mount Elgin, Ontario. He was always willing to try something new and meet new people. Hunter will also be greatly missed by his many, many friends.

Family and friends will be received at the Arn-Lockie Funeral Home, 45 Main Street West, Norwich, ON, on Monday, November 7, 2022, from 1 pm - 4 pm and 6 pm - 9 pm, and Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the Emmanuel Reformed Church, 170 Clarke Street North, Woodstock, from 9:30 am - 10:15 am.

Funeral service will be held at Emmanuel Reformed Church on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 10:30 am. Pastor Pete Burrill officiating. Interment to follow at C.G. Walker (Quaker Street) Cemetery. (Zoom information can be found at Emmanuel Reformed Church.)
