Obituary for Alvin HASKETT
HASKETT: Howard Alvin - passed away peacefully on Saturday April 17, 2021 at Sakura House, Woodstock. Alvin Haskett of Plattsville in his 76th year.
Beloved husband of Margaret (nee McCormick) whom he married November 4, 1967. Dear father of Greg & wife Cheryl of RR#1 Bright, Heather of Surrey, B.C. and William & wife Stephanie of Baden. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Sydney, Christian, Sierra, Alexander, Devon and Dylan. Survived by his brother Arnold & wife Nancy of RR#1 Innerkip and brother-in-law Larry & Linda McCormick of Forest.
Predeceased by his parents Jack & Hilda (Howard) Haskett and by his brother-in-law David & Nancy McCormick.
Relatives and friends will be received at the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St. Plattsville on Thursday from 4-7pm. Family funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 pm Interment to follow in Chesterfield Cemetery. Those wishing to attend visitation must go to Alvin's Memorial on the Website and RSVP in the service details. Numbers allowed in the funeral home at one time is limited and those that RSVP are to wait in the cars until the time they selected and must wear face masks and allow for social distancing.
