CZECH: Garfield Peter “Garf”
On Sunday November 24, 2019 our dearly loved husband, father, papa passed away peacefully on his own terms at Woodstock General Hospital, leaving us with broken hearts and memories to cherish.
Garf, age 65 leaves behind his beloved wife Marion (Hall) and two sons of whom he was very proud and their wives, Aaron and Josephine, Adam and Emily both of Plattsville, as well as six precious grandchildren Sullivan, Franklin, Leo, Emmett, Sawyer, Charlotte who furnished him with loving hugs. He will be fondly remembered and missed by extended family and friends.
Garf was a hard working man with a passion for perfection and a love of trees. He took pride in grooming his yard and planted many different species of trees to beautify his surroundings.
Relatives and friends may visit with Garf’s family on Thursday November 28 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm at the Glendinning Funeral Home 40 William Street Plattsville. Funeral service will be conducted from Peace United Church, Plattsville on Friday November 29, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Chesterfield Cemetery.
