HOFSTETTER: Eva May - Known as a kind, gentle lady Eva May (Duncan) Hofstetter passed away peacefully in her sleep on November 20, 2022 at The Village of Winston Park. She was 89 years old or as she put it "she was tickling 90!“. Predeceased by her loving husband Reid in 2020.

Her children: Sharon (Brian), Robert (Marilyn) Debra and Jim will deeply miss their mom. She will also be affectionately missed by her grandchildren Andrea (Andy), Chris, Adrian (Kass), Lisa (Kevin), Tyler, Sarah, Alison, Alex (Caitlin), Shianna (Zach) and Lance along with great grandchildren Ross, Claire, Larkyn, Travis and Jack. Survived by her brothers Don & Ben Duncan and brothers-in-law Roy Milton and Layton Hofstetter. Eva will also remain in the hearts of numerous nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents George & Ruth (Thompson) Duncan; sisters and brothers Blanche Milton, Lorene & John Stott, Elsie & Murney Aspden, Jim & Diana Duncan, Billy Duncan and sisters-in-law Louise and Wilma Duncan.

Eva was a member of Peace United Church where she was a long time member of the UCW. She took great pride in her flower beds, loved to watch her grandchildren playing sports and she dearly loved hearing about the antics of her great grandchildren over the past couples of years. She had an excellent sense of humor and a good chuckle was never lost on her.

A private family viewing will take place at the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St. Plattsville. Interment will take place later in Wilmot Center, Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Village of Winston Park or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Personal condolences can be posted at www.gffh.ca
