Husband of the late Rosemary (Earle) Hynes. Father of Craig & wife Aylane of Baden, Todd & wife Denise of London and Troy & wife Nancy of Bright. Grandfather of Nicole, Victoria, Lauren, Courtney & Andrew Detzler.

Predeceased by his sister Daphne Dominy.
